2. How We Store and Protect Your Photos

Your uploaded photos are stored securely in Supabase Storage with strict access controls:

• Photos are stored in private buckets accessible only by you
• We use signed URLs with time-limited access for video generation
• Photos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after generation
• Our AI models (DeepSeek, Wave) process images in-transit and do not retain them

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share minimal data with trusted service providers strictly for service operation:

• Supabase: Database and storage infrastructure
• DeepSeek: AI prompt optimization (prompts only, not raw photos)
• Wave: Media generation (processed image data)
• PayPal / Paddle: Payment processing (we never see your card details)
• Railway: Application hosting

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

• Delete individual photos: Remove them from your account profile
• Delete your account: Contact us at [email protected] — we will process your request within 7 business days
• Request data export: We will provide all data we hold about you in machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent: You may stop using the service at any time

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality: authentication session, language preference, and security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
