Each purchase creates its own credit balance with its own expiry date. Unused credits expire daily after their validity period. When you generate, credits closest to expiry are used first.

Credits are used to run AI video, image, and cinematic scene generations. Each pack has a fixed validity period. The exact cost per job depends on the selected model, media type, duration, quality, and input requirements shown in the create panel before submission.
Basic fits quick tests with 30-day validity. Plus gives 3 months for regular campaigns. Pro offers 6 months for heavier output. Cinema provides the largest balance with 1-year validity for long-running production cycles.
The same account balance supports AI media workflows, including text-to-video, image-to-video, AI image generation, and cinematic scene exploration as models are available in the create panel.
When multiple packs are active, credits closest to expiry are consumed first so you get the most value from each purchase.
After successful payment, credits are added to your account with their expiry date. You can view each pack's remaining balance on your account page and top up when you need more capacity.

Yes. Basic credits are valid for 30 days, Plus for 3 months, Pro for 6 months, and Cinema for 1 year from the purchase date. New-account bonus credits are valid for 30 days from signup. Unused credits are removed once their validity period ends.
If you have more than one active pack, we use credits that expire soonest first, then move to packs with later expiry dates.
It depends on duration and model settings. Most short videos cost 1 credit; longer or higher-quality runs may cost more.
We accept major credit cards through Creem. We never store your card details.
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days. Contact support and we will reverse the unused portion of the affected pack.
