1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use OpenVideos.ai. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

OpenVideos.ai provides tools for generating and editing AI images, videos, short-form stories, and cinematic media from prompts, uploaded references, and selected settings. Features, models, credit costs, limits, output quality, and availability may change over time.

• You may enter prompts, upload supported media, choose available models, and spend credits to create outputs.
• Generation results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or different from your prompt.
• We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, queues, or integrations where needed for operation, safety, compliance, or business reasons.
• The service is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, uploaded content, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. User Content and Output

You retain rights you already hold in prompts and uploaded media. You grant OpenVideos.ai a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create derivative outputs from your content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or ask the service to generate.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, selling, or relying on them.
• We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, non-infringing, suitable for commercial use, or free from third-party claims.
• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OpenVideos.ai or use it in ways that violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

• Do not upload, generate, or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not impersonate people, create misleading deepfakes, or generate content involving private individuals without appropriate rights or consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment flows, credit accounting, access controls, or provider restrictions.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, resell, or use the service to build a competing model or service unless expressly permitted.
• Do not use outputs in regulated or high-risk contexts without independent human review and appropriate professional advice.

6. Credits, Payment, and Refunds

OpenVideos.ai uses a credit-based system. Credit prices, included amounts, expiration rules if any, supported models, and per-generation costs are shown in the product or checkout flow and may change for future purchases.

• Credits are consumed when a generation, edit, render, retry, or other paid operation is submitted or completed according to the product flow.
• Failed, blocked, or cancelled jobs may be handled according to the product logic shown at the time; not every unsatisfactory result qualifies for a refund.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control bank fees, exchange rates, taxes, chargeback decisions, or provider outages.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored-value instrument, and may not be transferred or resold unless we expressly allow it.

7. Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers for authentication, storage, hosting, payments, AI models, media processing, email, monitoring, and related infrastructure. Your use of OpenVideos.ai may be affected by those providers' terms, limits, data practices, outages, and policy decisions.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, block, remove, restrict, or report content, jobs, or accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users or third parties, reduce abuse, or preserve service integrity.

9. Disclaimers

OpenVideos.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenVideos.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, content, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused potential legal exposure, abused the service, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
